The oceanfront house is nestled behind a large vegetated sand dune that protects the ground level children’s bedrooms and playroom overlooking an outdoor swimming pool.  Lifted above the dune to see the horizon, the kitchen, dining, and living room open to a long deck with minimal steel cables.  A children’s balcony provides a play nook, crow’s nest, and window seats that stretch along a catwalk.
