Drexel Business Incubator

The renovation of the Fourth Floor of the Pearlstein Center created an open and flexible business incubator for student entrepreneurs from a conventional double loaded corridor floor of large classrooms. Getting off of the elevators, the first view is out to campus through a transparent Commons.  Two incubator spaces configured for team collaboration flank a large glassed-in conference room with pulldown projection screen for presentations. A series of collaboration rooms, kitchen and director’s office, faced with bold colors, line a central walkway that serves in itself as a setting for incidental interaction.
